Been here many times, every single time the service is excellent, super fast and the food is delicious. Very consistent. Super friendly staff. Best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in Ohio. We don’t go anywhere else since finding this place!

Pretty good. Nothing fancy but adequate. Salsa is a little bland and chips lack salt. Extensive menu. Chili relleno very tasty.

Came on a Monday night at 8pm. Not busy at all and wa served very quickly. Ordered the carne asada and was not disappointed. Date ordered chicken enchiladas and it was massive, juicy, and finished it all! They played Mexican weddings jams all night. #authentic

Don Ramon's never disappoints. The service is always great as is the quality and freshness of the food. Any dish I've had here has never tasted as if any of the ingredients have been frozen and the quantity never disappoints.They have a vast array of tequilas as well as other alcohols and never disappoint if you like fun elaborate drinks. The staff is as authentic as the food and always very nice.

The food was delicious, prices decent Margaritas on point. I love that happy hour is until 8pm

If I could give them no stars I would. They gave us very little meat with a lot of vegetables. You could count how many pieces of meat they gave us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the meat was barley cooked‼️‼️‼️ It was expensive and not work it at all!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

I've eaten at Don Ramon's several times and have always been happy with the experience. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. The place is pretty large with a good-sized bar and lots of tables and booths. It has a typical Mexican restaurant menu with many choices and reasonable prices. I usually get chicken tacos or enchiladas, and they are always very good.

Food was amazing... Not your normal tacos. Also, the staff followed all the required protocols including social distancing. I felt very safe eating here.. I missed this place!

I’m giving 3 star for my meal: food is tasty; but the package is so terrible that my food spilled everywhere in my car, just a foil bowl loosely covered by a plastic film. Not sealed appropriately!

First this is another restaurant I found they cannot provide a carry-out order in the proper manner it's never ready. They're far from courteous and it seems like they don't care enjoy eating there turbo location

Clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Helpful, atrentive, Friendly staff. Lots of families eat here. Everything on menu is scratch-made from fresh ingredients. Pica de gallo was fresh, bright. Strong recommend!

Came in there for the first time.we've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants but always wanted to try here.let me say that this food is top-notch and the service is awesome. Keep up the good work you are a gem in this area. With all this virus stuff going on it was nice to sit down eat great food and great service. This place is awesome. Really good food and service. I ate here 5 day's in a row for lunch. I'm addicted! And so clean you could eat off the floor. Hand sanitizer stations everywhere and plastic silverware and spacing tables. They even sanitize the pens before you sign the check.

Sorry for the rating. We went when it first opened. I agree, service was good, clean throughout, comfortable seating, and prices were reasonable.No one in our group drinks- except maybe New Years Eve- so can't comment on the drinks; except to note there was plenty of drinking going on around us.Where I and others in my group felt disappointed, was the food. Maybe having lived in California for 20 years spoiled us; but food seemed generic- sort of a Mid-American version of authentic Mexican food. Mild, a little bland, I missed any 'true' experience when it came to spices, sauces, etc.Fine for the Midwest, but not S. California or any other Southwest state. So great reviews do not equal authentic cuisine.Just my opinion, hardly expect it to stop anyone enjoying their experience; but I'll pass, thanks.

Food here is so-so. I go here mainly for their beautiful cocktails. Love the presentation of their cocktails. AND, they taste great! When I ordered a drink that was too stiff for me once, the bartender was happy to make me a new one.Crowd is a bit older. Decor is clean with high ceilings and ambiance is relaxed. Good for date night...so I've heard lol. The only recommendation I have is to have some music.

I absolutely love this place! The service is always pleasant and the food is always consistent! I love coming here with my Husband for date night, or catching happy hour with my mom and daughter! Great atmosphere and quick, efficient service. You never have to ask twice for anything nor do you ever feel rushed to finish your meal so that they can flip your table! Definitely worth the trip and money! P.s. Try the frozen, strawberry margherita with a sugar rim!!! #yumm

I told my server i didnt eat dairy, he was super accomidating, very friendly, he helped me order fajitas without butter :P the resturant is very cool inside!

Tonight on May 5, 2020 I ordered several entrees at 5:15 PM. I asked for it to be ready at 6:30 PM. I arrived at the restaurant on Mayfield Rd. In Lyndhurst at 6:25 Pm. There was a line of people stretching across the stores in the area. There probably were more than 50 people in line. I stood in line in the cold and windy weather for 1 1/2 hours only to find out that the online orders were lost and people in line had to go into the restaurant and place their order again. This information was NOT relayed by the restaurant staff but by a fellow patron who was leaving. Then we were informed that we could go in and cancel our order after waiting in line for 1 1/2 hrs!!! This is totally outrageous. If only they had told those of us in line what our options were we could have made a decision. It seems as if they didn’t want to lose any money. I for one will NEVER go to this restaurant again.

I ordered delivery and the not only forgot an entree, the mashed potatoes were discussing and the taco (supposed to be more than a single one) was depressing and stuck to the foil. Never ordering food from here or in there again.

I love this place. Clean, reasonable price and delicious authentic Mexican food. I am addicted to the chimmichangas. Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes friendly and attentive other times not. Go when they ate not super busy and you will usually have a better experience. Cinco de Mayo is crazy here. Make a reservation if possible or show up early. I do take out.

Used to be my favorite place. Service took forever, the prices have gone up & the menu has changed. This was the first time taking my girls & it wasn't worth waiting 2 hours to eat.

Drinks are amazing but the food is horrible I would put it in the same class as taco bell. For someone that's not use to eating authentic Mexican food this might be ok but if you are this isn't the place to go.

Absolutely amazing, food so fresh and seasoned well. Ground beef was so flavorful and not watery. I cant wait to return. Great customer service experience too.

The is the best Mexican restaurant. All of the food is made fresh, including the chips. The fajitas were excellent and the margarita lime chicken is to die for.

Very good food. Specials on the lunch menu are great, lots of options. Speed of service is not so good during lunch hour but that's understandable.

Wow, I tried this place for the first time and I was glad I did. I ordered a shredded chicken quesadilla and shrimp tacos. Our order came with chips and salsa. My quesadilla was fresh and delicious. I was told the shrimp tacos were tasty. Side note: you have to order fish tacos sub shrimp. The shrimp tacos were not listed on the menu. The staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The food came out fast and the order was correct. I tried the guava soda, outstanding.

They have the best frozen margaritas in the world. Getting them as part of our takeout order has saved us during the pandemic!

Definitely the nicest decor of all the Mexican restaurants ... the food wasn’t bad ... but coming on Cinco de Mayo it would not be a fair evening to rate the food against the completion (Los Arcos, Mojitos, La Taqueria, etc). Will come back on a normal night and leave better insights as to the food.

Second time I took a chance on this place. First time the food was mediocre. The chips are triple thick if you like that. Plus is the place has nice decor. Second time I got a steak strip fajita. Just because a part of a 100 year old cow was used doesn't make it steak. Tough tough tough and over seasoned. Learned my lesson and won't be back.

Best Mexican food on the Eastside!!! This place is on it, food comes out so fast and is always perfect. Super AMAZING staff, they really do treat us well and are always smiling. Thank you for your dedication to consistency and customer service!

5 stars! The best Mexican food I’ve ever had so far in Cleveland. Literally Anything you order is good. Very friendly staff and clean place. The menu is so confusing! I tried Pollo Loco and it was yummy. Fajitas are also recommended. Very generous quantities.

This place has a HUGE menu, fast service, and delicious food. It is also sparkling clean—even the men’s room—so much so that I went up to the manager to let him know my thoughts. I will be back!
